The LED LENSER H7 was the best-selling model of this headlamp class and has not been in competition with any other manufacturer in its price / performance ratio. The lamp fully utilizes the light output of a single High LED Power LED LED. This has been accomplished with the new version of this H7.2 model, and there have been major innovations based on the requirements of previous version users. The flashlight has retained its strengths, which have been further developed and added more practical features.

The new H7.2 headlamp has a higher performance, IPX 4 water protection, a new ergonomically designed polyurethane battery box for a far more comfortable fit, and a specially modified head that allows continuous sharpening. Innovation has been achieved by a reflector lens that has extended the light cone and, in full focus, additionally adds a second cone around the sharp for good visibility to the sides. The tilting mechanism has been designed for greater durability.
