Today FISKARS owns the company, which bought the brand in 1986, but left the company's headquarters and production in the US. GERBER first introduced a system of patented opening of the pliers with one hand, even in gloves.

Multi tool ®400 is a "little brother" of the ®600 type. The lightweight tool features a unique Safe-T-Plus system (one-handed opening of the pliers). Thanks to its size and stainless material, its use is versatile.
